Apple - A Video Game Market Competitor?!
The latest news from Apple shows that the company is indeed going to be a threat to major video game companies such as Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo.
Apple recently held an event known as the OS 4. A very exciting new service was announced that will surely fluff up the competition's feathers. It is known as "Game Center" It has many similarities to Xbox Live, including features such as Achievements, Matchmaking and Leaderboards. The gamers can invite their friends to a game through the touch of a button (or screen) And of course a universal friends list is present.
The Game Center is available for iPhone and I believe iPod Touch and iPad. Their designs are almost the same, so support for all 3 devices is expected.
As for the future, no one knows what it will hold. But if integration of App Store applications onto the Apple TV were made available to the public, then who knows how far Apple could go?

Volkswagen Electric Bike
The car maker has announced the electric bike. No pedals on this bad boy, not to mention 2 kickstands. A really cool feature of this bike is it can fold up in the shape of a car tire for easy stowage in your trunk.
It was announced at Auto China 2010 and it's name is the Bik.e.
Pretty weird name for a product, eh? If I made a car then maybe I would call it the ca.r.
Ha ha ha, all kidding aside I think it looks awesome.
The Bik.e has a range of 12.5 miles on a single charge, and the great thing about this product is it's ability to charge from the car itself. No need to worry about plugging it into the wall.
There is no release date planned as of now, but dang. Would I love to get my hands on it!
